Go to your Account page, select the Listings tab and choose “New Listing”.
Fill in the form using the items from the checklist above. You can paste text and attach images.
Filling in the listing form step by step:
Step 1.
Starting with the basic details around your spa listing:
Fill in your Spa name
Write a short punchy description about your spa
Add your phone number
Add your contact details
Add your website
Step 2.
Add the address of your listing location where people can go to visit your spa.
Tip: Double check the address is correct using the map and it’s pinned to the exact address of your spa location.
Step 3.
Choose 6 of the best categories your spa comes under. To choose a primary category, you just need to double click on one of your chosen categories. To remove a category you can click the category again to remove.
Tip: Be specific. Choose the most relevant categories you want people to find your spa under. If you have a niche, choose this as a category so you can stand out from others.
Step 3.1
Choose your opening hours. Click the plus “+” button if you need to set custom hours that aren’t available (For example, if you wanted to set Saturday 10am-7pm).
Tip: You can always change these later.
Step 3.2
Click to “Add a service” to open up the create service pop up. Here you should input all of the information about your service.
Include the service name
Add your service description
Add the time duration of the service
Drag the price slider to the price of your service
Choose the related category
Publish your service
Tip: Repeat this step until you have added all of the services you provide at your facilities.
Step 3.3
Set the occupancy rate of your spa per day. This helps people know when is best to book or helps them book in advance.
Tip: To set the occupancy rate, just click on the top of the bar to increase, and click at the bottom of the bar to decrease.
Step 3.4
Add all of the policies that apply to your spa.
Step 4.
The fun part, adding in all of your images of the spa. There may be a limit if your images are too big, so try to compress them beforehand.
Step 5.
Add all of the amenities at your facility. Make sure to click through the different categories so you don’t miss out on anything that can set you apart.
Step 6.
Preview and submit your listing.

Post‑publish checklist (visibility & conversions)
Images: Lead with a strong hero image; include 5–10 total.
Services & prices: Every treatment should have an indicative range.
Short blurb: Keep it under ~200 characters and lead with your USP.
Links: Website, booking/contact.
Hours: Make sure hours match your website/Google listing.
Discovery tips
Keep your name, address (or location label), phone consistent with your website and Google Business Profile.
Use clear service names customers recognise (e.g., “Hot Stone Massage”).
Can I hide my exact address? Yes. But it’s not going to be very helpful for people finding or booking your spa.
What if I don’t know all my prices yet? Provide indicative ranges now; you can refine later.
Who owns my photos? You do. We just optimise and display them with your permission.
How long does approval take? It depends on how complete your submission is and current queue, but we aim to be quick. We’ll email you if we need anything.
If you need guidance before submitting, reach out, we’re happy to help craft your best possible listing.
